Nordic official document: Setting up nRF Sniffer for Bluetooth LE:
If Wireshark cannot show nRF Sniffer for Bluetooth LE, please check your J-Link version. The nRF Connect Default will install latest version J-Link in v8.x which seems not work correctly with nRF Programmer v4.5.0.
I rollback to install J-Lin v7.94i and write the sniffer firmware and WireShark can show nRF sniffer for BLE.
